We’re currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join our resort team. In this key leadership role, you’ll oversee and perform maintenance tasks that keep our resort facilities in top condition. You’ll ensure that all systems, equipment, and spaces are safe, functional, and welcoming—helping deliver the exceptional guest experience we’re known for.

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise daily maintenance operations and support a skilled team of technicians

• Perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and equipment servicing across the property

• Inspect resort facilities and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

• Monitor and manage maintenance work orders and inventory

• Communicate effectively with the Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Management to coordinate maintenance priorities

• Maintain organized logs, reports, and compliance documentation

• Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests with professionalism and care

• Lead by example—maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment

• Assist with general building repairs, including painting, caulking, and minor carpentry

• Collaborate with leadership to improve processes and enhance guest satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years of maintenance or facilities management experience (resort or timeshare preferred)

• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems

• HVAC/Universal Certification highly desirable

• Proven ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities efficiently

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Hands-on, customer-focused attitude with a commitment to quality

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance management software

• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
