- Improve systems, workflows, and operating rules that drive pricing, distribution, and conversion outcomes.
- Ensure decisions are implemented, adopted, and result in measurable business impact.
- 3 years of experience in analytics, strategy, product, revenue management, or a similar problem-solving role.
- Strong ability to work directly with data (SQL, Python, Excel, or similar tools) to form a point of view.
- Proven ability to operate in ambiguity and make decisions with imperfect information.
- Experience turning loosely defined problems into clear actions, systems, or process improvements.
- Ability to connect data with systems, operations, and team execution to drive outcomes.
- Strong communication and influencing skills across cross-functional teams.
- High ownership mindset with a bias toward action and accountability.
- Experience in hospitality, travel, marketplaces, or revenue-driven businesses is a plus.
