We’re looking for a highly analytical and action-oriented operator who will take complex, cross-functional customer challenges and turn them into clear decisions that improve how the business engages, serves, and grows its customer base.

This is not a traditional marketing, segmentation, or reporting role. You will operate across customer data, inventory, revenue, and systems to identify what is actually happening, define how the business should respond, and ensure those decisions translate into real operational change.

Your Impact

  • Take ambiguous customer-related problems and translate them into clear decisions and operating rules.
  • Define how the business should segment customers based on behavior, value, and lifecycle stage.
  • Identify where current targeting and segmentation approaches are not driving the right outcomes.
  • Drive cross-functional execution across marketing, sales, operations, and technology teams.
  • Design insights and reporting that change behavior — not just provide visibility.
  • Ensure decisions are implemented, adopted, and result in measurable improvements in customer outcomes.

What You Bring

  • 3 years of experience in analytics, strategy, product, or a similar problem-solving role.
  • Strong ability to work directly with data (SQL, Python, Excel, or similar tools).
  • Proven ability to operate in ambiguity and make decisions with imperfect information.
  • Experience translating loosely defined problems into clear actions, systems, or process improvements.
  • Ability to connect data with systems, operations, and team execution to drive outcomes.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills across cross-functional teams.
  • High ownership mindset with a bias toward action and accountability.
  • Experience in hospitality, travel, marketplaces, or customer-driven businesses is a plus.
