- Drive cross-functional execution across marketing, sales, operations, and technology teams.
- Design insights and reporting that change behavior — not just provide visibility.
- Ensure decisions are implemented, adopted, and result in measurable improvements in customer outcomes.
- 3 years of experience in analytics, strategy, product, or a similar problem-solving role.
- Strong ability to work directly with data (SQL, Python, Excel, or similar tools).
- Proven ability to operate in ambiguity and make decisions with imperfect information.
- Experience translating loosely defined problems into clear actions, systems, or process improvements.
- Ability to connect data with systems, operations, and team execution to drive outcomes.
- Strong communication and influencing skills across cross-functional teams.
- High ownership mindset with a bias toward action and accountability.
- Experience in hospitality, travel, marketplaces, or customer-driven businesses is a plus.
