Duties and Responsibilities:
- Full responsibility for hiring, coaching, developing, and motivating sales staff to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction objectives
- Ability to coach and drive a strong sales process and customers
- Ability to lead change management efforts as needed
Qualifications:
- Motivated team player with energetic and personable demeanor
- Organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to work well in a high-volume process-driven environment
- Demonstrated experience managing a Harley-Davidson sales team; ASMs are encouraged to apply
- Successful experience managing profitability; proven financial and business acumen
- Must have a motorcycle endorsement and valid driver's license
