The Opportunity:

The General Manager will be responsible for full P&L ownership, operational execution, and team leadership across all departments, with a particular focus on high-end, motorized inventory. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain full accountability for the dealership’s P&L, driving revenue growth, margin improvement, and disciplined expense management across all departments
- Oversee and drive performance across sales, service, parts, and F&I operations
- Lead, coach, and develop department managers and staff
- Establish and monitor KPIs to improve dealership performance
- Ensure a high-quality customer experience across all touchpoints
- Optimize inventory management and stocking strategies, particularly for motorized units
- Drive sales performance through effective process management and closing strategy
- Oversee service operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and productivity
- Manage parts operations to support both retail and service needs
- Collaborate with marketing teams to drive lead generation and visibility
- Maintain OEM and vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, and company policies
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning efforts
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Act as the face of the dealership within the local market
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience as a General Manager with full P&L responsibility
- RV industry experience preferred; adjacent dealership experience considered
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Track record of driving revenue growth and profitability
- Strong understanding of fixed operations (service and parts)
- Experience managing high-value inventory
- Proficiency with DMS and CRM systems
- Strong operational and strategic leadership skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Background progressing through dealership roles into leadership positions preferred
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
