Position Summary:
V-Tech Solutions, Inc. is seeking experienced and detail-oriented candidates to serve as Project Manager II in Washington, DC. The Project Manager II will be responsible for coordinating and completing complex projects, overseeing all aspects of execution, and ensuring compliance with government policies and client expectations.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field
• Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification preferred
• Skills & Abilities:
  
  • Proven experience managing multi-phase projects
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and manage timelines
  • Proficiency in project management software and reporting tools
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with government regulations and client coordination

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and complete assigned projects from initiation to closure
• Oversee project aspects including scheduling, task assignment, and progress tracking
• Monitor project timelines and deliver status reports to senior management
• Facilitate logistics and planning meetings with project staff
• Develop and implement strategies and quality assurance processes for project specifications
• Identify obstacles and collaborate with teams to develop and implement solutions
• Communicate with Contract Administrators (CA) and client managers to ensure project progression and compliance with government policies

Pay Range:
$46.14 Hourly
