Position Summary:
V-Tech Solutions, Inc. is seeking creative and strategic Communication Specialists to support internal and external communication efforts in Washington, DC. The Communication Specialist will be responsible for developing campaigns, creating promotional materials, and delivering clear messaging that enhances the organization’s visibility and engagement.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field
- Certification: None required (certifications in digital media or public relations are a plus)

Skills & Abilities:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to develop and manage communication campaigns and initiatives
- Experience in graphic design and promotional material creation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
- Ability to research and develop content for publication
- Skilled in preparing presentations and internal communications
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage communication campaigns that promote the organization and its programs
- Design and produce promotional materials including brochures, fact sheets, logos, and graphics
- Research and develop content for publications and digital platforms
- Prepare presentations and talking points for internal communications
- Collaborate with departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding
- Support public relations and outreach efforts
- Maintain communication records and performance metrics
