- HS Diploma/GED required, Associate’s preferred.
- 1–3 years payroll/data entry experience.
- Experience with ADP or Kronos preferred.
- Strong MS Office, communication, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with ability to multitask.
Job Responsibilities:
- Process weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly payroll for 60K employees across multiple regions.
- Handle employee maintenance, payroll runs, reports, manual checks, and stop payments.
- Research and resolve payroll discrepancies.
- Maintain payroll accuracy through audits and data analysis.
- Follow payroll policies, maintain confidentiality, and stay updated on system changes.
- Provide customer service via heavy email/phone communication.
- Perform additional duties as needed.
