- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and communicate opportunities for program process efficiencies and automation.
- Assist with planning and execution of routine and defined outputs, while developing knowledge of the broader context in which the work is being performed.
- Knowledge transfer and cross-training on operational processes to other support personnel
- Utilize and develop proficiency with governance tool set.
- Provide support of cross-squad product-related work.
- Accountable for reoccurring governance metric processes and data analysis.
- Support the development and delivery of the governance program through artifact creation and maintenance and administering defined procedures, analyses, and report preparation.
