Knowledge And Skills

• Passion - take pride in personal work and be fully engaged in the success of Lamborghini brand
• Knowledge of not only Lamborghini present and past models but also a broad knowledge of vehicles from other brands. Knowledge of the industry must be enough to carry a conversation with potential owners.
• Collaboration - work with various departments across the company to complete assigned tasks
• Presentation - compile relevant sales and product information to clearly convey a specific message
• Strong organizational skill - ensure numerous tasks are complete within tight deadlines
• Detail Oriented - develop a methodology to make certain all elements of configurations are accurately reported to relevant shareholders (customers, dealers, internal team).
• Process Innovation - target opportunities for improvement in order to ensure optimization for processes
  
  

Specialized Skills: Knowledge or certifications unique to this role

Required

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience and ability to program database/data provision systems (e.g. Lamborghini Order System), understanding the data model and database operation to guarantee data accuracy
• Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Expert knowledge in Microsoft PowerPoint
• Sound automotive knowledge and a need to stay up to date with all market and competitor developments.

• Ability to develop efficient and effective processes for operations and field groups (desired)
• Understanding of Italian culture (desired)
