As a mixed-methods UX researcher, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge qualitative as well as quantitative user research, partnering closely with other researchers as well as product, data science, design, and other functions. You may be involved in survey and complex qualitative design, analysis, and reporting.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with researchers, designers, PMs & engineers to identify, define and deliver actionable research insights
- Collaboratively and independently develop and execute research roadmaps
- Lead quantitative and qualitative research studies throughout all the phases of the product development cycle
- Contribute to product strategy, execution and go-to-market plan
- BA/BS degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Business, Psychology, Social Science or a related field
- 8 years of experience in a product/user research setting
- Demonstrates strong research skills, including: research design, study management, screening/recruiting, both qualitative (IDIs, usability sessions, contextual inquiry, etc.) and quantitative (benchmarking, tree-tests, card sorts, surveys) methodologies and analyses
- Must have a high degree of expertise in using online research tools ( e.g., UserTesting, UserZoom, Lookback, dscout, Optimal Workshop) plus familiarity with prototyping and design software such as Figma Origami
- Must have some experience with AI-native research processes
