School Psychologist

Uxbridge High School has an opening for a school psychologist. This person provides psychological assessments on an individual basis, counseling with students and families, and completes other assessments as needed to complete the essential functions of the position. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Performs psychological assessments as needed. Interprets test results for staff, parents and others, including results completed by other providers. Recommends programs and other services. Provides consultation to staff and others as needed to complete these functions. Provides individual and group counseling to students and families. EXAMPLES OF WORK: Administers assessments, completes reports, reviews reports and makes oral and written recommendations. Participates in Team Meetings, SRC meetings, serves as a member of the Crisis Prevention Teams in each school. Provides counseling services.
