Ensures compliance with JCAHO, VOSHA, and CMS State and Federal Regulations. Provides direction for the Plant facilities staff EDUCATION BS in architecture, mechanical, electrical or civil engineering. BASIC KNOWLEDGE Duties require a broad knowledge of hospital plant engineering and maintenance, equivalent to a college degree in Engineering. EXPERIENCE 5-7 years of experience in a healthcare facility with 3-5 years in a responsible supervisory capacity. At least 1 year JCAHO survey inspection experience required.
