Physical Demands

The pay range for this role is $85,000.00 - $109,153.00 annually. Individual compensation will be determined by the selected candidate's qualifications, previous work experience, and/or education.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full project lifecycle, including intake, scoping, resourcing, prioritization, execution, and delivery for marketing and communications initiatives.
- Develop project plans and define and manage timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables across cross-functional teams.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to define goals and requirements.
- Manage stakeholder expectations through proactive communication, risk identification, and solution-oriented problem solving.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment across content, communications, creative, and digital teams.
- Provide clear escalation pathways and recommendations when risks, delays, or scope changes arise.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project briefs, and status reports and dashboards.
- Establish clear intake and prioritization processes aligned with departmental and organizational goals.
- Lead project team meetings, status updates, and stakeholder reviews.
- Help drive adoption of project management tools and methodologies across the department.
