The Digital Marketing Strategist is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing initiatives that support organizational goals and enhance the customer experience across multiple digital channels. This role serves as the subject matter expert for the organization's email marketing platform, managing Salesforce Marketing Cloud, audience segmentation, templates, data extensions, landing pages, and campaign execution while ensuring adherence to email marketing best practices.
Working collaboratively with marketing, creative, content, and digital teams, the Digital Marketing Strategist develops and supports integrated marketing campaigns across email, search, social media, display, video, and web channels. The role also supports CRM administration, campaign analytics, lead management, and marketing automation while maintaining microsites, campaign pages, and front-end web content using HTML and CSS.
The ideal candidate is a strategic and data-driven digital marketing professional with experience in marketing automation, CRM systems, web technologies, analytics, and cross-functional project management. What You Will Do
Education: Bachelor's degree required.
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in the digital space. Two years of email platform management or email marketing campaigns preferred. Similar experience in the web or analytics space may qualify. Strong understanding of HTML and CSS required. Excellent writing and communications skills are required.
Licensure: None.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience: 5 to 7 years of experience
Technical skills – Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta (preferred), Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification (preferred), Additional Google certifications (preferred)
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs
The pay range for this role is $65,208.00 - $93,161.00 annually. Individual compensation will be determined by the selected candidate's qualifications, previous work experience, and/or education.

What You Will Do
- Support digital advertising and promotional activities across a variety of platforms including search, social, display and video.
- Collaborate with team members in the creation of campaign assets including design, copy, landing pages and interactive components.
- Coordinate with the marketing, content, creative and digital teams to build campaigns.
- Develop microsites and campaign pages in the CRM system(s).
- Manage external email and list vendors and agencies.
- Manages the email and process workflow across several marketing teams and track progress through Workfront.
- Use proven understanding of UX, IA and email best practices to create effective templates.
- Understand and manage the Invoca call tracking and reporting systems.
- Measure, track and report the effectiveness of the campaigns using CRM, Google Analytics and vendor tools.
- Integrate campaigns with internal systems, data sources and tracking.
- Operate as part of a larger digital team to overlap and backfill in the areas of web maintenance, troubleshooting, analytics and reporting.
- Stays current on new technologies and recommends and plans for content enhancements to the system.
- Communicates clearly to express thoughts and ideas.
- Manages multiple projects effectively.
- In addition to the above job responsibilities, other duties may be assigned.
