Job Title: Fleet Driver Status: Full-time/overtime eligible
Reports to: Fleet Maintenance Manager Work Schedule: Flexible within normal operational hours
Compensation: $20-26 per hour
This pay range encompasses multiple levels of the role. Career level and compensation depends on applicants credentials.

Overview: Assist with pick-up and delivery of trucks and other assorted fleet duties
Summary of duties and responsibilities:
- Fulfill pick-up and delivery of fleet vehicles in a timely manner
- Deliver fleet related items such as license stickers
- Assist with entry level mechanic work
- Installing decals, applying license plates.
- Assist with various maintenance responsibilities as directed by the Fleet Maintenance Coordinator
- Clean warehouse, vehicles, and equipment
- Comply with federal and state vehicle requirements
- Comply with company and federal safety rules, policies, and procedures
- Maintain and establish cooperative working relationships
- Speak effectively with customers and employees of the company
- Serve as an example for other employees; foster a culture of respect, integrity and kindness
- Other duties as assigned
Education and/or Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 1 years' work experience required, preferably in a warehouse environment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
- CDL Preferred not required
- Ability to work with minimal to no supervision and perform independent tasks based upon general direction
- Mechanical aptitude required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical Requirements of the Role:
- Frequent lifting up to 25 pounds
- Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
- Extended periods of driving may be required at times
- Must be comfortable working outdoors in extreme temperatures and conditions
- Able to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls
- Capable of bending, twisting, turning, lifting, stretching, pushing, pulling, and crouching as needed to perform the various essential functions and job duties of this role
- Able to reach with hands and arms
- Able to stand for moderate to long periods of time
