Pay: $20.00–$30.00 per hour (based on experience)

Ochs Powersports is looking for a dependable, mechanically inclined Light Duty Mechanic to join our growing team. This position focuses on assembling new powersports vehicles, installing customer accessories, and preparing units for delivery.

Whether you have experience working on motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, golf carts, lawn equipment, automotive repair, or other mechanical equipment, we'd like to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Assemble new powersports vehicles according to manufacturer specifications
- Install customer accessories and aftermarket parts
- Perform pre-delivery inspections (PDI)
- Diagnose and repair minor mechanical issues
- Perform routine maintenance and service work
- Ensure every unit is clean, safe, and ready for customer delivery
- Keep accurate records of completed work
- Maintain a clean and organized shop
- Assist with inventory organization and shop projects as needed

QualificationsRequired
- Valid driver's license
- Basic mechanical knowledge
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, and work with hand tools throughout the day
Preferred
- Experience with powersports vehicles
- Automotive or small engine repair experience
- Electrical troubleshooting experience
- Welding or fabrication experience
- Experience installing accessories or aftermarket equipment
