Facility Maintenance Supervisor

Utah Olympic Park (Park City, UT)

The Utah Olympic Park is seeking a Facility Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance operations at our unique 400-acre Olympic Venue.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, leading a team, and solving complex maintenance challenges across a variety of systems. From overseeing building systems, preparing the venue for daily operations, and owning the preventative maintenance program you’ll play a key role in maintaining a high-functioning environment that supports athletes, guests, and staff.


Schedule, Pay & Benefits

Schedule: Full-time, flexible schedule; includes nights, weekends, and holidays based on events and operational needs
Pay: Starting at $26/hour

Job Requirements

Must-Haves

  • Minimum 3 years of facilities maintenance experience, including 1 year in a supervisory or lead role
  • Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, and general building systems
  • Experience operating heavy equipment (snow plows, skid steers, loaders)
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Nice-to-Haves

  • Technical certifications (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.)

Day in the Life

Your day starts by reviewing maintenance priorities, team assignments, and any issues that need immediate attention. You’ll coordinate with technicians to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently, while also stepping in to troubleshoot more complex problems across the Olympic Park.

Throughout the day, you’ll balance leadership responsibilities, mentoring team members, managing schedules, and tracking work orders with hands-on tasks like equipment operation, repairs, and facility support. You’ll also help prepare for upcoming events by coordinating setup, access, and logistics, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Conditions can shift quickly depending on weather, events, or operational needs, so you’ll adjust priorities while keeping your team focused and on track.
