DESCRIPTION
Utah First Credit Union hiring a Branch Manager to help fulfill our mission to be significant in the lives of its members, employees, and their communities. The Branch Manager has three primary functions: loan production, team coaching, and branch operations. Branch Manager candidates must have prior lending experience to be considered for this position. We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running. Must have proven success improving customers' financial lives by cross selling products and services. The ideal Branch Manager candidate leads by example and inspires their team to be missional and make a difference. Branch Manager candidates are comfortable managing many different things at once and working effectively with a little or a lot of direction.
BENEFITS
We pay our Branch Managers a competitive base wage, depending on experience, with a generous incentive pay structure for loan production. The total compensation is $60,000 to $100,000. We also offer excellent benefits including medical and dental insurance, 4 weeks of Paid Parental Leave for the birth of a child and 8 weeks of Paid Pregnancy-Related Medical Leave, 20 PTO days, 12 paid holidays, tuition reimbursement up to $2,500 each year, a 401(k) plan, and training opportunities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Branch Manager builds relationships, educates customers about products/services, and finds appropriate solutions. Meet and exceed monthly lending and sales and service goals. The Branch Manager counsels with customers regarding their financial needs. Train and coach branch team to success, leading by example. Manage branch operations, ensure safety and security for staff and branch.
