- Determine specific research goals and objectives, evaluate research data, and revise techniques to resolve problems and advance projects
- Plan, organize, coordinate, direct, and actively participate in scientific research projects
- Assign, review, and oversee work performed by laboratory personnel involved in research activities
- Train and supervise technicians and other staff in laboratory techniques, equipment usage, and safety procedures
- Compile, write, and submit research reports to leadership
- Present research findings and prepare manuscripts for publication
- Perform in vitro molecular biology experiments including tissue culture, gene expression analysis, and knockdown studies
- Manage transgenic and experimental mouse colonies and execute xenograft experiments
- Contribute expertise in drug quality control and development
- Develop innovative experimental approaches, adapt or design equipment, review scientific literature, and represent the laboratory at conferences and meetings
- Required: Master's Degree Natural sciences or related field.
- Preferred: PhD Natural sciences or Medical Degree
- Required: Four years Experimental or scientific work or
