Data Curation & Management
- Curate, organize, and maintain high-quality next-generation sequencing datasets with accurate annotation and data integrity
- Ensure long-term accessibility and proper stewardship of sequencing data
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reproducible pipelines for next-generation sequencing analysis
- Evaluate, test, and implement computational tools and workflows in high-performance computing environments
- Optimize pipeline performance for large-scale genomic datasets
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical and analytical issues related to sequencing data processing
- Support downstream analyses for scRNA-seq, WES, and WGS datasets
- Contribute to the development and evaluation of algorithms and computational methods
- Collaborate with laboratory members and investigators to interpret and visualize sequencing data
- Support the presentation of analytical results for manuscripts, presentations, and meetings
- Foster a team-oriented research environment through active engagement with multidisciplinary partners
- Contribute to training graduate students and postdoctoral fellows in analytical techniques
- Participate in establishing best practices and standard operating procedures
- Provide recommendations for process improvements and innovative analytical approaches
- Required: Bachelor's Degree Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Computational Biology, or related field.
- Required: 2 years Scientific software or industry development/analysis.
