Overview

We are seeking an experienced Freelance Project Manager with a strong data analytics background to support ongoing initiatives. This is a part-time, remote opportunity ideal for a results-driven professional who can effectively manage projects, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end project execution across multiple initiatives
• Define, monitor, and control project scope to prevent scope creep
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and tracking mechanisms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Perform stakeholder management, including regular updates and expectation setting
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively
• Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables using appropriate tools
• Support data-driven decision-making leveraging analytics insights

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in a freelance or contract capacity
• Strong background in data analytics or data-driven projects
• Demonstrated expertise in:
• Scope Management
• Stakeholder Management
• Risk Management
• Project Tracking & Reporting
• Experience working in remote, distributed team environments
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project, or similar)

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification (nice to have)
• Experience working with analytics, BI, or data engineering teams

Compensation

• Hourly Rate: Competitive and based on experience
• Flexible part-time schedule
