As part of their growth strategy, our client is seeking an experienced Account Executive to expand market presence, strengthen relationships, and drive new business in the regional market.
Position Summary:
The Account Executive will be responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with key referral sources such as real estate brokerages, mortgage lenders, builders, and law firms. This role is central to expanding our client’s footprint in the title and escrow market through consistent outreach, relationship management, and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and cultivate new relationships with real estate professionals, mortgage lenders, developers, and attorneys.
- Maintain and grow existing referral partnerships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and office visits to promote our client’s title services.
- Collaborate closely with internal escrow, processing, and underwriting teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Develop and execute a territory business plan to meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue goals.
- Represent our client at real estate networking events, industry associations, and community functions.
- Track performance metrics, maintain CRM records, and report on sales activity and pipeline progress.
- Stay informed about real estate market trends, title regulations, and competitive offerings.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of sales or account management experience, preferably in real estate services, title/escrow, or mortgage lending.
- Proven success in relationship-driven, referral-based sales environments.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Understanding of the title and escrow process preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for regional travel.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Compensation & Benefits:
• Base Salary: $40,000 – $65,000 (depending on experience)
• On-Target Earnings (OTE): $90,000 – $120,000 annually
• Top Performer Range: $130,000 – $150,000 potential with accelerators
• Commission based on new and repeat title order revenue
• Bonus incentives for exceeding targets

Performance Expectations:
- Build and manage an active pipeline of 20–30 new referral relationships.
