Core Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack & Label: Prepare outgoing orders accurately and efficiently to meet daily shipping targets.
- Heavy Material Handling: Safely lift, stack, and move packages weighing up to 40–50 lbs throughout the day.
- Stock & Organization: Assist with unloading incoming freight and maintaining a clean, structured warehouse floor.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with co-workers and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
Candidate Requirements
- Bilingual Required: Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
- Physical Stamina: Comfortable with continuous standing, moving, and heavy lifting (up to 70 lbs) in a fast-paced setting.
- Reliability: Excellent attendance and on-time arrival every day are strictly required.
- Ready to Start: Able to begin work immediately upon hire.
- Experience: Prior packing, shipping, or forklift experience is a strong plus (will train candidate with the right attitude).
Schedule & Pay
- Shift: Monday – Saturday | 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Flexibility needed during peak seasons; Sundays Off)
- Hours: Full-Time (39–40 hours/week)
- Compensation: $18.00 / hour starting rate, with performance-based growth opportunities
