THE ROLE
We’re looking for a high-energy, self-motivated sales rep to help grow:
- Player enrollments (teams, clinics, camps, memberships)
- HitTrax Leagues & Training Programs
- VeloU / Performance Training partnerships
- Sponsorships & local business relationships
This is not a “sit behind a desk” role.
This is:
- In the facility
- At events
- In the community
- In conversations that turn into relationships
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Follow up with leads (parents, players, inquiries)
- Convert interest into sign-ups
- Build relationships with families and athletes
- Help fill programs, camps, and teams
- Identify and close local partnership opportunities
- Work closely with leadership on growth strategy
