We seek a bilingual Project Coordinator to keep projects organized, on schedule, and moving efficiently through completion.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Project Coordinator (English/Spanish) to coordinate residential improvement projects from contract signing through completion. This role supports project scheduling, customer communication, permitting, inspections, and documentation while ensuring timely progress and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate multiple projects, schedules, and timelines.
- Communicate with customers, HOAs, subcontractors, and internal departments.
- Schedule installations, inspections, and material deliveries.
- Coordinate with permitting staff to track approvals and inspections.
- Maintain accurate project records, updates, and documentation.
- Identify project delays and follow up on outstanding items.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and escalate issues when necessary.
- Verify contracts, measurements, and product specifications.
- Monitor project progress and provide updates to management.
- Coordinate customer walkthroughs, final inspections, and project closeouts.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
- 2 years of project coordination, construction, or home improvement experience preferred.
- Experience coordinating subcontractors, customers, and schedules.
- Familiarity with Florida permitting and building codes preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable following up on deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management software.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems preferred.
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
