Responsibilities
- Operate POS systems efficiently to process customer transactions accurately
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service
- Handle cash, credit card, and mobile payments with accuracy and professionalism
- Upsell products and promote store specials to increase sales
- Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and ensure products are well-organized
- Conduct product demos when applicable to enhance customer engagement
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Maintain cleanliness of the cashier area, convenience store, and fuel pumps
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure a secure environment for customers and staff
- Supervise or assist with supervising junior staff or trainees as needed
