We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Car Wash Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring vehicles are cleaned and detailed to the highest standards. Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their car wash needs.
- Perform thorough exterior and interior cleaning of vehicles, including washing, waxing, and detailing.
- Utilize various cleaning tools and equipment to ensure a high-quality finish.
- Conduct buffing and polishing of vehicles to enhance their appearance.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the car wash facility, including janitorial duties as needed.
- Drive vehicles safely within the car wash premises as required.
- Assist in window tinting services when necessary.
- Provide recommendations for additional services based on customer needs.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Experience in car washing and detailing techniques is preferred.
- Familiarity with buffing equipment and cleaning products.
- Previous janitorial or custodial experience is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
