Position Overview
US21, Inc. is seeking highly skilled Force-on-Force (FoF) / Airsoft Training Instructors to support a live-action simulation training program. The selected candidates will conduct realistic scenario-based training using airsoft systems and non-lethal training platforms to enhance tactical decision-making and operational readiness. This role requires experienced professionals capable of working in high-tempo environments with international teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, plan, and execute Force-on-Force / Airsoft tactical training scenarios
- Lead and instruct participants through live-action engagements and decision-based exercises
- Serve as instructor, observer, and/or opposing force (OPFOR) as required
- Maintain strict safety standards for all training activities, airsoft equipment, and munitions
- Conduct pre-briefs, scenario walkthroughs, and after-action reviews (AAR)
- Evaluate trainee performance, provide constructive feedback, and document training outcomes
- Manage and maintain airsoft weapons, protective gear, and training assets
- Coordinate with program leadership to ensure training objectives are met
- Adapt training scenarios in real-time based on skill level and mission requirements
- Support logistical tasks including equipment accountability, range setup, and schedule planning
Required Qualifications
- Prior military, law enforcement, or tactical training experience
- Experience in FoF, airsoft, simunition, CQB, or live simulation training
- Ability to operate and maintain airsoft platforms and protective equipment
- Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
- Physically capable of participating in dynamic training scenarios
- Ability to work OCONUS for extended periods under varying conditions
- U.S. Citizen (Preferred: active or ability to obtain a security clearance)
Preferred Qualifications
- Instructor certifications from military, law enforcement, or training institutions
- Experience conducting AARs and writing performance assessments
- Background in OPFOR role-play or scenario design
- Medical/first aid certification is an asset
- Previous training deployment experience overseas
