We are seeking a Site Support Laborer to assist with maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment on a large-scale conveyor installation project. This role supports the installation team by managing general site housekeeping, organizing materials, and assisting with jobsite logistics to ensure work areas remain efficient and safe. This position is critical to keeping the project running smoothly and maintaining professional standards on an active industrial construction site.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain overall cleanliness and organization of the jobsite
• Break down pallets, crates, and packaging materials from delivered equipment
• Sweep and clean work areas throughout the installation zones
• Remove trash and debris and transport materials to designated disposal areas
• Organize materials, parts, and tools for installation crews
• Assist with staging conveyor components and hardware as directed
• Maintain clean walkways and safe working areas for installation personnel
• Clean and maintain the project office trailer on a weekly basis
• Support supervisors and installation crews with general site support tasks
• Follow all jobsite safety rules and PPE requirements
Requirements
• Previous experience working on construction or industrial jobsites preferred
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical labor throughout the shift
• Reliable and dependable with strong work ethic
• Ability to follow direction and work well with installation crews
• Basic understanding of jobsite safety practices
• Must be able to pass required site safety orientation and comply with PPE standards
