US Trades is seeking skilled Electrical Conveyor Installers to join our growing team. This role is ideal for electricians or mechanically inclined professionals with experience in industrial environments who enjoy hands-on work, travel, and building complex systems from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and wire electrical components for conveyor systems, including motors, sensors, control panels, and VFDs
- Run conduit, pull wire, terminate connections, and ensure proper grounding
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and layout drawings
- Assist with system startup, testing, and troubleshooting
- Work alongside mechanical installers to complete full system installations
- Maintain a clean and safe job site, following all OSHA and company safety standards
- Document work performed and assist with project reporting
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of electrical or industrial installation experience
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics
- Experience with conduit bending, wire pulling, and terminations
- Familiarity with motors, sensors, and control systems preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment and follow directions
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights
- Ability to stand, bend, and work in industrial environments for extended periods
