Job Description:
- We’re looking for a hands-on Integrated Producer to join our internal creative team and lead the execution of high-impact, multi-channel brand campaigns.
- This role sits at the intersection of creative, production, and marketing, driving end-to-end delivery across film, photography, digital, social, OOH, and emerging platforms.
- You’ll partner closely with creative, brand, and marketing teams to bring ideas to life - owning everything from production planning to final delivery, ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest quality.
- You think like an agency producer but operate with the precision and scale of Big Tech
- You’re equally comfortable on set, in edit reviews, and in stakeholder meetings
- Lead end-to-end production for brand campaigns, including video, photo, and integrated content across channels
- Translate creative concepts into production-ready plans, timelines, and budgets
- Manage all phases of production: pre-production, shoot execution, post-production, and delivery
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (creative, brand, marketing) and external partners (agencies, directors, vendors, talent)
- Oversee multi-channel asset development, including film, social cutdowns, digital assets, and OOH executions
- Ensure consistency of brand voice and creative quality across all deliverables
- 6-10 years of experience in integrated production, creative production, or brand content production
- Background in a creative/advertising agency and/or Big Tech in-house creative team
- Proven track record of delivering multi-channel brand campaigns (film, photo, digital, social, OOH)
- Strong experience leading video and photo shoots end-to-end
- Deep understanding of production workflows, including vendors, talent, and post-production processes
- Real estate or lifestyle storytelling
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and/or Figma
- Bachelor’s degree or experience in related field
