Job Description:
The Recruiter I will report to the VP of Human Capital and among other duties will partner with business unit hiring managers or leadership to source and fill company positions. This employee will be assigned key metrics to achieve for the recruiting company function.
Job Duties:
- Sourcing and recruiting new employees for business units to fill open positions within 50 calendar days with quality candidates.
- Maintain quality of hire metric of 10% or less
- Take steps to ensure that Voluntary Attrition remains below 10%
- Work assigned job requisitions in the company Applicant Tracking System
- Partner with hiring managers support recruiting needs
- Partner and collaborate with other HR team members and recruiter to help fill requisitions timely.
- Other duties may apply and may change as needed for the business as this list is not all inclusive
Key Skills and Competencies:
- 2 years of experience sourcing and recruiting of new employees at entry and mid-levels
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to maintain company image and present company culture
- Time Management skills

Typically Requires:
- B. A or B.S. Degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 2 years Recruiting experience in entry or mid-level positions
