Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop effective signage and print solutions
- Design and produce large-format graphics, including:
- Interior & exterior signage
- Vehicle wraps
- Banners
- Trade show displays
- Dimensional graphics
- Prepare client proofs and manage revisions
- Perform color correction and ensure accurate color output
- Create production-ready files using Adobe Creative Suite and RIP software
- Operate large-format equipment (printers, flatbeds, plotters, cutters, laminators)
- Manage multiple projects and meet production deadlines
- Conduct quality control checks for accuracy and brand consistency
- Maintain organized project files and production specs
- Stay current on signage trends, materials, and technologies
Qualifications
- Proven experience AND passion in / for the signage and large-format print industry
- Strong portfolio showcasing fabricated and installed projects (not web/digital-only work)
- Experience with creating logo and font design
- Proficiency in:
- Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
- Microsoft Office
- Experience with Gerber Omega, Onyx RIP, Thrive RIP, and production workflows
- Hands-on experience operating large-format printing equipment
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design (or related field) preferred
