Flooring Installation Coordinator
Location: Fort Myers, FL
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Description
This is an office-based position responsible for coordinating floor covering installations from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have extensive flooring knowledge, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Maintain constant communication with retail partners, installers, and customers
- Schedule installations and confirm appointments with customers
- Monitor and track installations and warranty service calls
- Resolve customer concerns and issues in a professional manner
- Communicate with and guide field technicians to ensure quality installations
- Maintain accurate project records and installation schedules
Position Requirements
- 3 years of flooring installation, flooring coordination, or construction experience required
- Knowledge of multiple flooring surfaces and installation processes is a must
- Intermediate computer skills
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Compensation & Schedule
- $20.00 per hour
- Full-time position
- Monday through Friday
- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
