As a Flooring Sales Professional, you’ll help our showroom customers find the perfect floors for their homes and guide their projects from selection through installation. You’ll also actively seek new business through cold calls, emails, lead follow-up, referrals, and building relationships with local industry professionals.
The best part? You don’t need flooring experience—we’re happy to teach someone who’s eager to learn! You should be good with math and computers, highly organized, comfortable working independently, and ready to pitch in as part of a team.

Salary & Benefits
- $20/hour base pay commission, with NO EARNINGS CAP
- Excellent benefits and a generous PTO package after 90 days of employment
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM, with one weekday off
- Mandatory alternating Saturdays, 10:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Closed Sundays
