Job Description
This is a hybrid office and warehouse-based position, assisting with the flooring installation process from beginning to end. Must have excellent customer service skills and be comfortable working in both an office and warehouse environment.
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Responsibilities Include:
- Constant interaction with our retail partners, installers, and customers
- Schedule installations and confirm appointments with customers
- Monitor and track installations and service calls
- Resolve customer concerns and service issues
- Assist with light warehouse duties as needed
- Load out carpet installation crews with materials and supplies
- Maintain and organize pad inventory
- Operate a forklift safely and efficiently
- Receive, stage, and move carpet and padding
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Job Requirements:
- Bilingual candidates (Spanish) are a huge plus
- Previous customer service experience
- Strong phone presence with the ability to resolve customer issues professionally
- Previous warehouse or forklift experience preferred
- Must be able to lift and move flooring materials when necessary
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
