US Heart and Vascular is in need of a Full-time Call Center Representative to join our team at Fort Worth Heart in Fort Worth, TX.
Responsibilities:
- Answers incoming phone calls in a pleasant and expeditious manner.
- Screens all calls and directs appropriately to proper person.
- Takes messages following guidelines related to timeliness and accuracy and processes appropriately.
- Maintains daily operations of phone system.
- Schedules and verifies appointments as needed.
- Pages physicians as needed with important messages/information/consult request’s etc.
- Assists with other duties as requested, including coverage in other areas.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of call center experience
- 2 years of customer service experience.
- Healthcare knowledge is preferred but not required.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
- Medical Assistant Certification is preferred but not required.
