CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE
Location: Southlake, TX | Onsite
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• Pay Range: $20–$22 per hour (based on experience)
• Full-time, W2 employment
• Start Date: January 12, 2026 (next training class)
• Training Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday (first two weeks, onsite)
• Regular Schedule: Flexible to work ANY 8hr shift between 7:00 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday–Friday (onsite)
ROLE IMPACT
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) serves as the primary point of contact for general customer inquiries. This role is essential to ensuring a positive customer experience and maintaining operational excellence. The ideal candidate will be dependable, detail-oriented, and professional, with the ability to multitask in a structured, service-driven environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Respond to inbound calls and emails, addressing customer questions and policy-related inquiries with accuracy and professionalism
• Research and resolve account discrepancies, escalating issues when appropriate
• Process account updates, documentation, and correspondence in accordance with company and regulatory standards
• Maintain detailed and accurate records in customer management systems
• Support departmental goals by assisting teammates and contributing to a positive work environment
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 1–2 years of customer service experience in a call center, internet service
• Strong communication and active listening skills with a professional phone demeanor
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM or policy management systems
• Ability to complete in-person training and work onsite full-time
CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• Microsoft Excel and Word
• Outlook or similar email and calendar tools
• CRM or policy administration systems
• Multi-line phone systems and call management software
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Experience in insurance, finance, or compliance-based customer service
• Knowledge of policy servicing, billing, or claims support processes
• Ability to remain composed under pressure and manage competing priorities
