Job Description:
We are hiring immediately for a full-time Inside Sales Representative position in Vienna, VA.
Compensation: $90,000 – $150,000 per year
Earnings are performance-based and may vary based on individual results.
This is an in-office, client-facing role within a professional office environment. All client interactions are conducted from the office using screen-share technology.
Structured onboarding and ongoing support are provided to help individuals build the skills needed for long-term success.
Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or other client-facing roles are encouraged to apply.
What You’ll Do:
- Meet with clients from the office using screen-share tools to present solutions
- Guide individuals through available options in a clear, structured way
- Maintain consistent follow-up and communication
- Build strong professional relationships
- Track performance and participate in ongoing development
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–2 years of customer-facing or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable using technology in a professional setting
- Coachable and motivated to improve
- Reliable and consistent work ethic
