Clinical Manager Position Overview:
The Clinical Manager is responsible for the functionality of the clinical aspect of the practice across all office locations. This is achieved by training staff, holding staff accountable, maintaining open communication with staff, and promoting an environment conducive to maximizing patient satisfaction.
Clinical Manager Required Skills and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Minimum 4 years of experience as a medical office manager

4 years of managing a team of 15-20 personnel

Strong knowledge of insurance/billing & EHR/EMR systems

Excellent communication & customer service skills

Proficient in Microsoft 365; detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask

Must maintain HIPAA compliance
Clinical Manager Essential Functions/Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):

Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate clinical staff

Ensure accountability, performance reviews, and ongoing staff development

Oversee compliance: X-Ray, MIPS, HIPAA, and protocol development

Manage EMR templates, reporting, and workflow optimization

Lead meetings, communicate updates, and address patient issues

Support clinical operations as needed (able to step into MA duties)

Drive service recovery, patient education resources, and special projects
Clinical Manager Pay:
- Salary $75,000
