What are the responsibilities and job description for the EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR & CIO position at US FLEET CYBER COMMAND?
You will serve as the Executive Director and Chief Information Officer (ED/CIO), U.S. Fleet Cyber Command/U.S. Tenth Fleet (FCC/C10F) and be located at U.S. Fleet Cyber Command headquarters, Ft. Meade, MD.

TQ#1. Expert knowledge of IM/IT management; especially the operational management of complex mission critical networks with high availability requirements, the management of security and information assurance, systems integration, the development of policy, and the use of IT architecture to guidance the evolution of information technology systems and networks.
TQ#2. Expert ability to oversee and manage large enterprise IM/IT initiatives, projects and programs; including analysis of data to identify and implement improvements based upon the analysis of these data.
TQ#3. Knowledge of the existing DoD, DON and FCC afloat and ashore infrastructure, systems and networks support information dominance capabilities; including these systems and networks upon the ability of the Navy to command & control forces and execute assigned missions.
EXECUTIVE CORE QUALIFICATIONS (ECQs): In addition to the Technical Qualification Requirements listed above, all new entrants into the Senior Executive Service (SES) under a career appointment will be assessed for executive competency against the following five mandatory ECQs.
