Receptionist/Clerical Assistant
We are looking for a motivated, resourceful and reliable Receptionist/Admin Assistant to run the front office and provide administrative/accounting support to the Management staff, and the overall organization of the office operations and procedures.
Responsibilities
· Oversee the day-to-day activities of the office as the main point of contact in the
reception area.
· Answer, screen and forward all incoming phone calls, and route to the appropriate individual.
· Welcome and greet visitors.
· Manage all inbound and outbound mail and deliveries.
· Maintain office efficiency by maintaining appearance of common areas.
· Manage inventory of all office supplies. Order supplies as needed.
· Perform a wide range of general office duties including copying, scanning, filing.
· Assist AP with matching sales orders, stone/trucking tickets with invoices, and reconciling monthly credit card statements.
· Assist with planning and executing company Staff Events.
· Manage vehicle registrations/company I-Passes.
· Fuel Reports.
· Support Executive Team, when necessary, with their administrative needs.
· Other administrative duties as they occur.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of Adobe is a plus.
- Experience in AP/AR is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Provide top-tier customer service by answering questions and solving problems before they even arise.
- Self-motivated
- A “go-getter” attitude with the drive to take ownership of your responsibilities.
- Strong time management skills, with ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
