What are the responsibilities and job description for the Aggregate Parts Specialist position at US Equipment Sales and Rentals?
Location: Lemont, IL (On-Site)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM, with most Saturdays required
Pay: $25–$30/hour

Responsibilities
- Assist customers in identifying and ordering the correct parts
- Navigate parts manuals with guidance and training provided
- Communicate professionally with customers and vendors
- Create parts orders, purchase parts, and bill parts after shipment
- Maintain organized inventory and assist with stocking and tracking parts
- Work hand in hand with our sales and service departments
- Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a rapid workplace environment
- Experience in parts, warehouse, sales, or service environments preferred
- Ability to learn parts systems, manuals, and equipment applications
- Previous experience in the aggregate industry (parts, sales, or service) preferred but not required
- Team-player attitude and willingness to learn
