Schedule:

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday; 7:00 AM / 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM / 5:30 PM

Pay: $18–$25/hour, based on experience

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machinery, monitoring production, and ensuring parts are produced to quality standards. This is a hands-on role that requires mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to read and interpret technical documents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out production, inspection, packaging, and machine operation duties.
• Set up CNC machinery and monitor production processes.
• Make necessary adjustments to machinery during operation.
• Conduct quality spot checks at scheduled intervals.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
• Perform tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in a technical field preferred.
• Ability to read and use digital micrometers and digital calipers accurately.
• Basic understanding of blueprint reading and technical drawings.
• Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to safely perform physical tasks and operate machinery.
• Ability to clean and maintain an organized work area.
• Must have good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Must reside within a commutable distance to the facility. Relocation support not offered.

Preferred Skills (Not Required):

• Prior experience operating manual lathes or mills.
• Familiarity with G-code and M-code.
• Experience with CNC machinery and precision machining.

Work Environment:

• Manufacturing environment; may require standing for extended periods.
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed.
• Some exposure to noise, dust, or chemicals.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
