What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruitment Specialist position at US Elogistics Service Corp?
Role Description
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for high-volume positions, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, career fairs, and community outreach programs
- Conduct phone screenings and initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback to candidates
- Extend job offers and assist candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain a positive candidate experience and employer brand throughout the recruitment process
- Partner with warehouse management to understand staffing requirements and hiring priorities
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for warehouse associates, supervisors, and support staff positions
- Maintain accurate candidate records within HRIS systems stems and recruitment tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- 1–3 years of recruiting or human resources experience is preferred (Internship experience also included)
- Familiarity with HRIS, and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring priorities
- Must be fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written)
