Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates across multiple departments.
- Partner up to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Post job openings, review resumes, conduct initial candidate assessments, and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through various recruiting channels.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Support onboarding and new hire orientation to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
- Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate records within HR systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
- Experience recruiting for logistics, warehousing, transportation, manufacturing, or e-commerce environments preferred.
- Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other recruitment tools.
- Bilingual English/Mandarin preferred.
