Network Supply Chain Specialist-FIN001070
This role, (known internally as the Network Logistics Specialist), is a critical role which supports the delivery of network equipment by coordinating among the Engineering Project Managers, 3rd Party Cell Site construction crews, 3rd Party Logistics providers and the larger Networks Supply Chain team to ensure network equipment delivery to the appropriate sites at the appropriate time. Additionally, this role Identifies and assists in solving complex problems utilizing internal and external resources, and develops solutions to the problems in a fast paced and frequently changing project environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and Maintain Equipment availability tracker(s) that detail which materials and sites are available for delivery.
Coordinate with Engineering Project Management to develop site prioritization and to forecast delivery schedules for large scale engineering projects.
Coordinate with the Network Materials Planning Analysts for equipment order delivery.
Coordinate with General Contractor for warehouse equipment availability/delivery
Compile and send delivery release request to warehouse.
Work with warehouse, the Network Materials Planning Analysts, and General Contractor to identify and ship any missing/lost equipment.
Coordinate with General Contractor for warehouse equipment availability, pickup, and delivery.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent work experience required.
1-3 years of relevant work experience required
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to balance multiple tasks at one time and reprioritize as needed is required.
Experience with ERP and/or Warehouse Management System required.
Experience with Microsoft Office applications required (Excel, Word)
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
Must be organized, detail oriented and have ability to prioritize effectively
Ability to interact with all levels of management and field personnel
Travel is required on a minimal basis
