Logistics Specialist (Entry Level) – Mount Prospect, IL
$22 - $26/hour (Plus unlimited OT at time and a half)

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Support Specialist to join our growing operations team.

Key Responsibilities
- Support logistics and operations teams with shipment documentation and data management
- Ensure accuracy of shipment details, invoices, and customs paperwork across multiple global platforms
- Maintain and update tracking systems to provide real-time shipment visibility
- Assist in compiling operational reports and performance metrics for internal and external stakeholders
- Communicate with regional offices, carriers, and clients to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth operations
- Uphold company standards for compliance, accuracy, and data integrity
Qualifications
- Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3–6 months of office, logistics, or internship experience preferred (not required)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, eager-to-learn mindset
