We’re seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as an entry-level Logistics Coordinator. This role is designed for early-career professionals looking to build a strong foundation in logistics, supply chain, and customs processes.
In the role, you will report directly to the Operations Manager and will gain hands-on experience supporting real import shipments, learning how goods move internationally, and how accurate documentation and coordination keep supply chains running efficiently.
What You’ll Do
- Support day-to-day import operations in a fast-paced logistics environment
- Assist in preparing and submitting customs entries
- Review and validate import documentation for accuracy and compliance (commercial invoices, packing lists, etc.)
- Coordinate with importers, carriers, and external partners to ensure smooth shipment flow
- Track shipments and provide status updates to internal teams and customers
- Maintain organized and accurate shipment and compliance records
- Work closely with senior team members and learn industry systems and processes
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field) preferred, but not required
- Experience in a data/administrative/supply chain role preferred, but not required
- Experience in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention to detail - you’re comfortable working with data and documentation
- Interest in logistics, supply chain management, or international trade
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
